These terms are an agreement between [registered company name and registration number] (“we”) and the company that uses VendorLedger (“the customer”). Each person who signs in also accepts them for their own use.
The service
VendorLedger keeps a company’s catalogue, suppliers, price history, requests for quotation, purchase orders and projects in a workspace that its members share.
Accounts
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- Turn on two-factor authentication where VendorLedger asks for it.
- The customer’s workspace owners decide who is a member and what each member may do.
The customer’s information

- The customer is responsible for having a lawful reason to email the supplier contacts it records.
Acceptable use

- Don’t send unsolicited email through it, or try to get around its sending limits.
- Don’t try to reach other customers’ information, test its security without our written permission, or upload harmful files.
